A little help finding your way

Start with
a clear picture.

The current tools can be explored with fictional examples. These practical guides explain how to prepare a visit and keep your local care space recoverable.

Useful starting points

The app will not open

Use a supported browser over HTTPS and enable JavaScript. If a new domain still shows a connection error, try the working collaborator preview while old DNS caches settle. A vault saved at one address does not move automatically to another address.

If you already have a working vault, export its encrypted backup before clearing browser data. Clearing browser data can delete the vault.

Install or use the app offline

Load myQaura online once so the app shell can be cached. In desktop Chrome, use the three-dot menu → Cast, save, and share → Install page as app, or the install icon in the address bar when available. On Android Chrome, use Install app or Add to Home screen. On iPhone or iPad, use Safari’s Share menu and Add to Home Screen.

Browser support and local storage behaviour vary. An installed icon is not a separate cloud account or a recovery service; keep backups.

Contact arrangements

The planned address is support@qaura.app. It is not active yet. A monitored support and security-reporting route is needed before broader use with personal information.

The same future contact can support enquiries about collaboration and evaluation. No patient-support response time or clinical service is promised in this first version.

Health concerns

Qaura does not monitor notes or detect emergencies. For an immediate threat to life or a medical emergency in Australia, call Triple Zero (000). Healthdirect provides health information and service-finding resources.
