Qaura is being built around understanding, continuity and responsibility in care. The aim is to reduce the effort of repeating a story and help make agreed next steps visible. These are goals to evaluate, not proven outcomes.
One purpose, a connected picture
myQaura is the working personal space: health notes, medicines, original reports, questions, visit preparation, care actions and reflection.
urQaura is the planned clinician workspace for consented exchange, accountable clinical records and continuity across care teams.
Qaura Kin is a planned age-appropriate experience, with thoughtful consent and family boundaries. The current family profiles do not create youth accounts or shared user access.

Johari is the quiet reflection space inside myQaura. A page can hold your own words without turning them into a task. There are no reflection streaks or scores, and those entries stay out of visit summaries.
The Qaura identity carries forward Core + Aura, pronounced “kor-ah”, and the principle: Centered on You. Better for Everyone.
Where the project stands
This is the first working version of an early project. A company has not yet been formed. The interface is hosted on Cloudflare; saved health information stays encrypted in the browser in this version.
Clinical exchange, AI interpretation, automated emergency detection, clinical recommendations, live notifications and multi-user sharing are not connected. Independent security, accessibility and clinical evaluation are still part of the development pathway.
What would count as progress?
Can a person bring their priorities into a visit? Can they explain the agreed plan? Does each next step have a recorded owner and date? Did it happen? Did relevant context reach the next care team with consent? Qaura needs evaluation with people, caregivers and clinicians against those questions.
