Your health story,
held together.

What works today

• Health notes with dates, sources and the impact on everyday life.
• Medicine details and the instructions you were actually given.
• Original reports alongside your own notes and questions.
• Appointment goals and a selected, reviewable visit summary.
• Care actions with a recorded owner, due date and progress history.
• Family profiles within one encrypted vault, and private Johari reflections.

Try the fictional example space first. It does not create a saved personal vault; example changes end when you leave or reload.

Before, during and after a visit

Before the appointment, choose the concerns and questions you most want discussed. During or after the visit, record what was agreed, who will do it and when you expect to hear back. You decide what to include in a printable summary.

A local vault, with deliberate sharing

Saved information is encrypted before being written to this browser. Your passphrase unlocks it. A full encrypted backup contains all profiles and reflections; a visit summary contains only its selected sections and is a readable document.

Anyone who can unlock one vault can access every profile inside it. Profiles do not create separate accounts or separate access permissions.

Clear about this first version

myQaura currently helps organise information. It does not interpret results, recommend treatment, detect emergencies, send appointment reminders or connect to clinical systems. urQaura and Qaura Kin remain in the product plan.

The web app can cache its interface for offline use after an online visit. Installation and storage durability depend on your device and browser. Independent security and real-device accessibility reviews remain necessary.
