This page describes the website and first working myQaura version as it operates today. It does not claim independent security certification or comprehensive legal compliance.
Your saved care space
Your vault is encrypted using a passphrase-derived key before it is stored in this browser’s local database. Unlocked information is held in browser memory while the app is open. There is no health-data upload API, AI provider or cross-device synchronisation connected in this version.
Everyone who can unlock one vault can access all profiles in it. Separate profiles are different views, not separate access permissions. Only keep another person’s information with their permission or appropriate authority.
Website requests and hosting
Cloudflare hosts the website and interface files. Like normal website hosting, it receives requests and technical information such as the requested URL and network address. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising scripts, and its fonts are self-hosted.
Worker invocation logs and traces are disabled and query strings are redacted in configured Worker observability. Hosting-level traffic and security diagnostics still exist. Avoid putting health information in URLs.
What you choose to export
Encrypted backups include every profile, attachment and reflection, and require the passphrase. Printed or saved visit summaries are readable documents containing the selected sections. A full backup and a visit summary serve different purposes.
Qaura does not remove exported copies from your device or from a recipient. Johari reflections are excluded from visit summaries.

Clearing site data, losing the browser profile or losing the device can remove the local vault. Keep a tested encrypted backup. The app offers a deliberate Delete vault control; deletion does not remove copies already exported elsewhere.
There is no password reset or recovery service. Encryption does not protect information displayed on an unlocked device, or a device/browser compromised by malicious software.
External links and support
External resource links open other services without attaching your care notes. Those providers have their own privacy terms. The planned support address is support@qaura.app; it is not active yet. There is no website enquiry form collecting personal information at present.
Do not send health records, passwords or encrypted-backup passphrases through support channels. The project will need a reviewed privacy notice and clear contact arrangements as services and company formation develop.
